On Friday, November 4th 2016, we had the privilege of installing the Life walk in bath tub for Elaine & Bob G., out of Townsend Montana.
This tub is an exclusive offering from Independent Home and has grown to become our most popular product.
The installer was Matt C., who has installed hundreds of walk in tubs for our customers. After the installation, it is standard practice for Independent Home to have the new customer fill out a completion certificate before the installer leaves. The customer can leave comments on their experience and give feed back to headquarters on what they liked or didn’t like. This allows us to understand what we’ve done well and where we have the opportunity to improve our customers’ experience.
